  Polite salesman but very unable to work with you. Low ball your trade and want top dollar for there used vehicles. If you go there expect to pay the price you see on the vehicle or more.

  Talked to Nichole on Monday about getting a vehicle sent over from the Clifton Park location. She assured me that they were "currently in the process of having the Jeep sent up." After talking back and forth all week, I scheduled an appointment to see it on Saturday (with full intentions of purchasing the vehicle), which meant clearing my entire schedule as I live 2 hours away. Well, it's a good thing I called after work on Friday before making this trip, as I was told the Jeep had been sold already. Um, thanks for letting me know!
  
  It turns out the Jeep hadn't even been sent to the Granville location; it was sold in Clifton Park. I only found this out after I left a message for Nichole and no one called me back, so I had to call AGAIN to figure out what was going on. Nichole didn't even have the decency to talk to me when I called back, immediately transferring me to a manager instead. Maybe next time, try not to have your secretary selling cars. What a joke.
  
  Deceitful and incompetent people that clearly don't want to actually sell cars, just waste your time and give you the run around. Won't even think of doing business here in the future. Thanks for nothing!
